I had almost zero communication prior to arrival. I tried to call after not hearing anything 2 days after booking when given a 24 hour window. I then didn’t hear anything for another day. They showed up an hour late. The helper smelled of marijuana. I saw them throwing boxes. One box was ripped into and expensive items damaged. Numerous boxes had broken items. They didn’t take several large items they were asked to pack. I loaded a gun safe myself but they moved it and laid it on its back, now it isn’t working and I’m having to pay a lock smith. The helper was very nice and respectful but the main person was rude and seemed inconvenienced when I pointed out obvious damages such as entirely bent shelves on my desk and the wheels knocked off of a piece of rolling furniture. He said he fixed it but it no longer rolls.

They were amazing! Called a couple of days before my move and followed back up the day before. Great communication, respectful and hands down made my move easy. When they walked in the house, they walked around the house to look at all the stuff we had to move and did not depend on me to help out other than asking questions. When I tell you a 10 out of 10 for them!!!! Will defiantly would use them again if we had to move.
