In the middle of my move, the loading door had a mechanical issue when we arrived at the offload location. Being unable to open the door, we had to cut short the job (incomplete). My first mistake was to give the crew the payment code with an incomplete job, but that was because I was assured by the crew that they would return the next day to finish my job. Of course the next day rolls around and the owner decides to treat me as an unimportant customer and leave me in the dark for hours at a time, insisting on only talking via text (poor communication) and won't answer calls, only to be told at the end of the day that they will not be able to assist. They suggested that if I need immediate assistance to find someone else...they were too busy. They would not acknowledge that the crew left 2 hours into a 3 hour hire (job started late due to crew late arrival). They claimed the full 3 hours and left. Poor communication and a flippant disregard for customer service. Crew was great.
