They did not load the truck properly one of my items went missing. The truck door did not close properly, some stuff fell on the ground which created a hazard in the street while driving the truck. They even took the pay code before they unload the items. I want to file a complaint and want my money

Guys were great, on time, everything carried out and loaded to the truck, and unloaded at storage unit under the 2 hour time frame. Done a half hour early. Will definitely use again!!
