Deeply dissatisfied with the moving services provided by Dionne Moving LLC. The experience was highly unreliable and unprofessional from start to finish. The mover arrived two hours late, and several of my calls for an update were ignored. Despite charging for two movers, he showed up alone and claimed that a helper was on the way, but no one ever arrived. I had to step in to ensure our belongings were handled safely.

The movers were very nice, polite and very fast. However, they could have been a little less fast and a little more careful with moving the items inside since there were several dings to our doorframes
