I can't rate 5 stars because they were an hour late, they said it was a communication error. When they finally arrived, they did a great job loading all our stuff to fit the truck. Upon unloading they were very quick and were nice enough to assist with other furniture pieces from my son's roommates. Overall, it went very smooth and fast and they were courteous and careful with our items. They moved all our stuff, plus additional items in less than 2 hours.
