Mover was very unprofessional and aggressive! Mover came alone despite the job being a two person move. He also refused to work in the rain and requested compensation despite not moving anything. He refused to leave the home and became disrespectful. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I've used several Uhaul movers to both load and unload trucks for moves. Most have been very good or excellent. Militant was the worst I have ever had. The person who answered the phone was very difficult to understand and mumbled almost incoherently in a low voice that was hard to hear. They indicated they would be late, but 10 minutes. The 2 person crew had one person with no experience who was constantly using his phone or texting. The other had some experience, but was extremely slow and difficult to deal with. While the loading that included furniture wrapping and a very long haul way about 2.5 hours, the unload took 4 hours and required me to do most of the truck unloading in 80+ degree heat while the casually took carts up an elevator to a room. They then had the Gaulle to insist on being paid for a 4th hour. Avoid this company if you can.

Packed very inefficiently and unprofessional. They didn’t know how to load a truck, so it needed to be adjusted at the end. This took longer, so they charged me for extra time even though it would have been fine if the items were loaded in the correct order. Even after I paid for that, they hustled me for an additional tip on-site to the point where I had to call the police to get them off my property. On top of all that, they ended up breaking a few pieces of furniture. Even the unloading movers were appalled by the state of the desk.

These men were willing to squeeze us in at the end of the day when I called in desperate need of assistance. In addition they offered to stay until the job was complete when we ran over time. Very hard workers, very polite and respectful...and did I mention how hard they worked ? We were really impressed, no damage to our items or the home. We would definitely use them again. Top notch service. Thank you.
