Matthew and Dakota were total pros, they were clearly very experienced and careful with all of our items. Polite and friendly too. They helped us unload a 26 foot U-Haul in less than two hours. They showed up on time and did everything we needed them to. Good communication in the days leading up and flexible with our schedule. These guys deserve 5 stars and more, we will be hiring them again in the future. Thanks again for making a stressful and hectic day much easier for us!

No mention in the booking process about an up-charge to move heavy items. They did NOT move my treadmill to the basement. Neither did they refund me for not used hours. When you book them at the same time as the truck through U haul there is no mention of up-charges.

Our movers handled a difficult family situation associated with the move with the utmost professionalism. The move was even interrupted by a visit from sheriffs deputies and our movers were very understanding and helpful. I will definitely hire Big Frank’s movers again!
