The guys were prompt and very nice and personable. They were fast and helpful. My issue is with the manner and physics of loading. Since we had packed, they only needed to place items and boxes in the truck. This was done almost in a haphazard way. The worst part is that a tile mosaics patio table that took me over a month to design and create was damaged. I am not sure if it is repairable at this point. It was great having someone do the hard work, as we are in our 60’s, but this was a real disheartening discovery as we unloaded.
