The MovingHelp service is a huge help, and these guys saved us so much time with what they did. I hired two guys for two hours to load a truck, and recognize I probably should have added a third hour due to all the stuff we were moving from a third floor apartment. However, efficiency, professionalism, and communication were lacking with the individuals that helped us. During those two hours, two smoke breaks were taken and both took phone calls during that time. One was on speakerphone more than half the time, and the other had headphones in. I also needed to reach out multiple times to try and confirm an appointment time. As for loading, they got stuff on the truck, but did not seem to have the strategic mastermind to tactfully place things in a way that they wouldn't shift and break in transit. I would recommend using this company to unload rather than load.
