They started complaining upon arrived, about my truck being too small; so I simply asked them to load the large and heavy items, FIRST and I would make an additional trip to get the things I could carry later. Repeatedly, They ignored my instructions. My items were NOT handled with care. Many of my items are SCRATCHED, DAMAGED AND BROKEN(I have pics!). They were NOT organized or efficient; resulting in us having to pay for additional time and we still had to make an additional trip, in which they loaded my couch into the truck in the rain and said Bye!, leaving me to unload alone. This could have been avoided had they loaded my couch into the truck with some of the other heavy items FIRST. They carelessly dropped pillows onto the ground, multiple times. Upon returning to my storage unit to organize, I discovered they had broken a piece of my tv stand and tossed it in a corner (in hopes that I’d find it later). Overall VERY DISSATISFIED with this company.

Very helpful. Stressful morning nail in my tire at U-Haul. Helpers waited very patient. Loaded the trailer in less than 1 hr. Very nice, positive and positive attitude.

This was a last minute, same day job where I needed assistance moving about ten items out of my unit after being flaked on by The Salvation Army. The drivers came in and got right to work! They were done in no time! A true Godsend! I’m SO thankful that I found this company via the Uhaul moving help link!
