Movers showed up without equipment ie hand truck etc Watched two boxes marked clearly fragile fall onto the ground. Movers commented nothing is rattling. Unpacked a box of broken crystal keepsakes. Very unprofessional voice mail.

Two of them arrived, In their twenties, driven to work hard but need to be more professional and away from the cellphone. Felt like I was babysitting them and get them to work. Have seen much professional and active ones before. Might want to get the right attitude. There was 10 mins left in 3 hrs and they decided to call it a day.

I'd strongly recommend against using these guys. The guys that came to help with our move were okay, although one of them was clearly uninterested in working hard and would waste the time that we paid for by taking a sip of his coffee between every trip and sitting down and looking at his phone. Before moving into our new apartment, we warned them to be careful not to scratch the walls, since the landlord would require us to repaint it. Lo and behold, they manage to leave a nice scratch. When we reached out to the owner to ask to be reimbursed, he totally ghosted us and blocked our numbers when he realized why we were trying to get in touch with him. Avoid these people at all costs.
