John is an incredible communicator. He stayed on top of everything, efficiently kept me updated on all the steps and helped troubleshoot an issue I had with the building. Kind, polite and hardworking. Could not have asked for better help on an already stressful day as it is. I highly recommend VnG moving, you won't regret it.
