The team that came to help me unload was quick and efficient. Everything was unloaded within an hour Timespan instead of 2. I do think I was still charged for 2hours and the team that was sent was late due to the staffing being behind on another job. The gentleman who orchestrated the teams, was kind and sent out a new team to help me with the unload of my things even though it was late. I do appreciate that.
