The workers themselves were good. They helped a lot and were very friendly. The company however wasn't the best at communicating with myself or with the workers. I was not able to communicate with the helpers directly, so it was difficult to figure out when exactly they were arriving. Next time I would like to just book with movers directly instead of going through another third party.

Communication was great, the movers were super efficient and got us moved in & out quicker than we anticipated. They helped us wrap up a few items last second to ensure nothing got damaged in the truck and kept a fast pace even with three flights of stairs to move out of.
