On Demand Services and cleaning were amazing! U-Haul entered our phone number incorrectly and the movers tracked us down to arrange for storage pick up. U-Haul didn’t inform us that we needed a lock for our storage pod so our movers bought one for us. The movers were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process! We would use them again in the future and recommend them to friends and family!

U-Haul needs to remove this company. Dispatcher was confused about the difference between the local U-Haul versus U-Haul corporate to confirm U-Box delivery. Dispatcher said she'd call me back shortly, but I had to call her after more than an hour. On the unloading day, Dispatcher cancelled due to rain, despite only intermittent sprinkling at my location. She decided that since it was pouring in her city an hour away from me, they could cancel. The next day, two movers were to arrive. One contacted me saying he was half an hour away. He arrived about an hour later. He said the second person cancelled on him, so he was alone. He had no dolly for the job, and he would have had to carry every box individually if I hadn't already unloaded my personal light-duty dolly the day before. At the end, he agreed to take my two bundles of empty boxes and packing material to the dumpster. Instead, he ditched them in the U-Box, which he left completely open, unlatched, without sealing the Velcro.
