I HIGHLY recommend The Beam Team! Gary and Taylor were amazing. Gary helped me coordinate our move, and he was easy to talk to and quick to respond. He even helped me make changes to our moving plan the day before the move. On moving day, Gary and Taylor were prompt, considerate, respectful, prepared, and efficient! They each had a great energy, even after tackling an awful flight of stairs over and over. I could immediately tell that they are both experienced and trustworthy movers. They handled our items with care and even rearranged our truck a few times to make sure we could fit everything we needed to. They helped make our moving day a breeze. The movers were obviously untrained in furniture movement. My formal dining room table and china cabinet were damaged beyond repair due to not being loaded properly. A sofa table with metal legs was placed on top of my wood formal dining table without a blanket between them. Then 2 box springs loaded on top of the sofa table. Ruined dining room table, sofa table leg bent due to weight of box springs. Soo many furniture loading basics were not followed. Other items were also damaged but too many to mention. Do not use this service!

They broke my bed instead of breaking the bed down. The screws were still in the bed with the pieces ripped apart. Nothing was secured so all of my belongings were crushed after arriving to destination. I could have essentially threw all my belongings away instead of using this service. I paid for 3 hours and only used one so 2 hours could have been spent securing the truck instead of a rush job to avoid all of my things being crushed. Other than that the movers arrived on time and seemed pretty nice.

The team arrived on-time...big bonus, but they didn't move with any energy. Additionally, they dropped my couch coming down the steps, and set numerous pieces down hard in the truck. They rested items on the edge of the truck bed, and rested a dresser on one of its legs when one of the movers was losing his grip. Nice guys with good attitudes that need some additional training. Tipped in cash.
