I moved to NJ from OH and had a living room set, queen bed and box spring, full dresser, and dining room set. Jen and her team were able to move all this in about 45 min-1 hour, even though there were steps that none of anticipated, the UBox was loaded onto the trailer incorrectly, the couch didn’t seem like it would fit through the door, and drop off time was changed the day before with no issue. No damage to the walls, excellent communication from Jen and her team about timing and placement, and very kind and professional people.
