Rescheduled to next day due to rain and that was acceptable. Movers arrived and seemed a bit disorganized. Asking for WiFi and worried about phone connectivity issues. Always looking at phones. Boxes distinctly labeled and still some were placed in the wrong area of the house. So we had to move again. They placed several boxes on handcarts without noting fragile marked items and were rough with the furniture down the hall. After they left, we found a huge scratch or gouge that extends the entire length of the hallway to which they feel they are not responsible.
