The 2 guys did a good job moving our items; they were very polite and helpful. However, they arrived very late, almost 2 hours. It was going to rain heavily and we were worried that our furniture would be damaged. But when the 2 guys arrived, they tried their best to quickly move everything. However, the communication from the company was lacking. No one informed us about the late arrival of the movers. We had to call, but the phone was hung up on us. Several calls later it kept going to voicemail without any explanation. We also texted several times, until we finally got a response saying the movers would be late, but we did not get their ETA. Overall, the lack of communication was very disappointing. It’s just good customer service for a company to update the customer on any issues, but this did not occur with this moving company. Although the service was mediocre, we still tipped the movers.
