We hired 2 helpers but only one was doing the work . The job could have been done within 2 hours but an additional hour was added to finish the job. They were unprepared. They only brought one dolly with them. The other helper also left for some time and then came back.

I cannot say enough good things about James and Lashawnda. When my storage reservation was unfulfilled and Uhaul was not able to provide me a 10 x 10 unit in the location I had reserved. James was so patient and helpful and gave me so much good insight to help me secure another unit at a different location that provided everything I needed. He traveled the distance to the new location waited patiently while I booked the reservation and was so thoughtful and helpful above and beyond anything I would expect especially in the cold wet constant rain. So grateful to have had this crew in my corner.
