Starting out, I was very impressed, however it took 6 hours to do a 3 hour job, and they STILL didn’t finish! I asked for several items to be loaded last so I could take off truck before taking to storage. These items were packed in the middle of the truck. I also had items separated and arranged the way I needed them packed on the truck. This was also organized to make it easier for the movers to unload. When I got to destination, MANY items were broken, my VERY VALUABLE vinyl record collection was not stacked flat and in the front, and heavy items were on top. Although I spent many hours organizing before the move, by this company packaging the truck this way, I had to pay the movers unloading an extra two hours because I had to stand and tell them where it had to go in the storage. The owner said she was good at making everything fit, but there was so much wasted space you could have put another room in! Don’t EVER use this company! I paid the last 3 hrs in cash so I could leave!
