I was unable to speak to a live person leading up to the move. All communications were through text messages and there was confusion on the time for the movers to show up. The arrived an hour later than requested. Everything worked smoothly once they arrived. A day after my move, I have yet to speak directly to a live person. Both movers were tipped in cash, individually.
