They were nice but the fact that I was moving to the next building in the complex made them extremely inefficient. I had to pay for an extra hour & all my things still weren’t moved. They stopped an extra 10-20 mins early & I was so over the situation I just let it go. There were many moments when 1 would wait on the other to move a specific item and just wait around. I was forced to pay that extra hour because my bed and bed frame and all of my clothes were stacked in the hallway of my old building, and my dining room table and couch were on the ground floor of my new building. We had another company 7 months ago move us and they were able to get everything loaded and unloaded in 3 hours including travel time. The fact that there was no unloading and loading of a truck, the items just needed to be moved to the next building is what really frustrated me. I only paid because they did do some work but it was not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend.

Service was so great that they got the job done in 2 hrs instead of 3. That being said, they do not offer any refunds for unused time.
