I had 1 issue which was, the company didn't contact me until 1 hour prior to the schedule move. The request was booked the same day 7 hours before the load time. I was anticipating on booking another company because I thought this company wasn't going to show up. I didn't hear from them until the final hour before the move time. I have used this company in the past and they do perform great work, but lacking on communication.
