They would not listen to what I was saying and were not packing into cube correctly. They put trash bags in the stack at one point. Damaged a box to a very special and expensive item. Jammed one of my mothers china boxes which freaked me out. I said I would not like certain things on the ground and needed a certain metal box down first as well as cushion. Didn't listen. Put synths on the ground. I just needed help packing my studio with care and how I know how to. 2 hours was ample time to simply listen to direction. They just wanted to rush and do what they wanted. Was very upsetting. I did not aim to hire someone to do what they wanted with my things. After being upset and trying to work with them they were polite, but less than only one hour I let them go nicely. I was redoing and loading the rest until 2 am. I would not hire this company again especially if you are looking for help in packing expensive items long distance. They were being fast carrying stuff but needed finesse.

The guys that helped were amazing! Very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. Everyone that I had contact with Affordable Professional Movers was great. I highly recommended them and will use them again if I need to move my belongings again.
