The movers were very friendly and patient! We underestimated how many Uboxes we would need and they patiently waited as we figured out which items we wanted to keep vs get rid of. They rearranged things so we could keep as much stuff as possible. They did a great job!

The team was very nice, but I didn’t have a great moving experience. A miscommunication ended up with us not being able to leave our apartment until the next day, and when we actually picked up the U-Boxes in our destination city, a lot of the furniture was beat up. I don’t think they used any of the moving mats that come with the trucks. I might recommend them for smaller moves with limited furniture but I was a bit disappointed.

They were amazing. Quick to call and set up a time to load my Uboxes. They were very quick to load my 4 boxes. Everything went perfectly during a stressful move, so I really appreciated it. They even made sure I had my city parking permit for the boxes.
