I had a poor experience with this moving company. The night before the move, around 8 PM, I still hadn't received confirmation of the helpers' names. I was only assured via text by an unnamed contact that the helpers would arrive on time. The next morning at 9 AM, no one showed up. I had to make a call and was told helpers went to a different address, and finally, around 10 AM, two helpers arrived. By then, I had already moved a third of my belongings myself. I expected better service, especially considering the high cost. I would not recommend this mover.
