They did not know how to drive the u box, they overshot the home and then took two hours to get back because they could not back up, they badly damaged the home they were moving stuff out of, they packed badly, a lot of items arrived damaged. I am hoping the insurance I paid for covers. I have pictures documenting the disaster.
