Although the two movers did get all of my things in the truck...the main guy (I forgot his name) was not very professional. There was an item that was dropped and all of the contents fell out. I went ahead and started picking it up and I apologized and put the item back together. Meanwhile, the mover just moved along and kept going without apologizing for dropping it or even offering to help pick up the pieces. The movers also left the big items for last, which made loading it that much more difficult, which i would expect a movers to know to load big items first...which made them force the items in the truck, barely fitting. They had to stay an extra 1.5 hours which charged me for 2 hrs. When the guy sent me the link to pay for the 2 hrs, all that popped up was for me to Accept. Nothing about a tip came up. But this made one of the movers make a comment to my brother that i shouldnt book with them again because i didnt leave a tip. The guy was rude, I wouldnt book again anyways.

The movers showed up 1.5 hrs late, so they only had 30 mins of work to do. The owner told me he would refund me, but I never received that. A bit disappointed in the overall experience. Nonetheless, I tipped both workers.

Needed last minute help to unload some furniture plus a super heavy and wobbly king size bed through some narrow stairs and although it was a bit of a battle, they got the job done. Matt and Kyle were awesome, friendly and professional. Would definitely hire again.
