We were very pleased with the services provided and would use them again. Communication was good, they used care when loading and unloading, were able to secure belongings well in the moving truck and then loaded our storage unit in an organized way so that we can still access anything we might need.

I’ve been a Uhaul customer for 45 years. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The movers had a minimum 4 hour charge. I’ve only seen 2 hour minimums previously. These guys promised to shave an hour off. Then they refused to move a pool and air hockey table. So my wife and I moved it by ourselves to the ramp. Then the 3 movers took it up the ramp. When I arrived in San Antonio, the crew of 2 guys unloaded it and lifted it without complaint. On the move down, our granite top on our grill broke in pieces, a marble top dresser broke, and a mirror broke. These guys did a horrible job. Then Easton said he would not shave off the hour even though it took them 3 hours to load and charged me the extra hour because of the pool table. That they moved up the ramp. These guys are sheisters

Easton and Brian were absolutely great. They arrived on time with no issues, and got right to work. They unloaded and put things in my warehouse exactly like I wanted them placed making my life much easier! They also both had a great attitude, very personable and very professional!
