Not only were they unprepared with no utility Dollie’s or furniture dollies, the dropped my furniture multiple times. One time one of the movers fell to the ground and my dresser landed on both him and the concrete sidewalk. I’ll never use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone. I ordered 2 helpers but 3 came (2 young kids and a young female.)

Montrell was easy to communicate with. He let me know that he was able to do the job. More importantly, he showed up on time and got the job done! Would definitely hire again.
