They kept us informed about the arrival time and got right to work once they arrived. They were careful with all our items but were nonetheless able to empty our U Box in an hour. We are on the 3rd floor and they were able to navigate some tricky furniture up a narrow staircase. Highly recommend them!

The three-person team was able to move quickly, and like a puzzle master, make decisions and maneuver piece-by-piece to maximize the storage capacity. There were complications during the move on the U Haul side of things but the gentleman communicating with me was calm and professional. My delivery date was pushed back a day due to these complications. I was prioritized the following day, a Sunday no less, and taken care of in an easy and timely fashion. Thank you guys. We are now starting to feel like we are home.
