I had a semi-frustrating experience with Superior Moving. When I called to schedule the dropoff window the manager essentially said 'it's kinda early can you call back later'. 8-9am seems like a perfectly reasonable time to expect calls for your services but I didn't make a fuss. The next day I scheduled for dropoff at 11-1 on Friday, intending to take the day off of work to unpack. On Thursday they say they will arrive 3-5pm. When I ask why, they say it is because a customer added an extra box. I will give the benefit of the doubt and assume they told me as soon as they knew, but frustrating that they didn't give any explanation for the time change until I asked. The next day they are late. I text at 5 to ask for an update and am told that they are on the way to get the box. They finally arrive around 7 after me having to call UHaul to release the box to them. Fortunately, the two movers were excellent. They were efficient and professional and I tipped them well.
