Byron texted the night before and wanted to start an hour later than scheduled. I was not able to accommodate. He arrived late, and they started 30 mins after scheduled start time. Byron was in a bad mood. Loaded truck with heaviest pieces near the exit door, rather than the front. His assistant Devin was amiable and kind.
