One of the movers was not feeling well and had some sort of medical condition. It stopped her from working properly and she only helped to move very light stuff like pillows.

The order was for 3 movers for 2 hours. When the move time came, only 2 movers were sent. They did stayed for 3 hours and completed the job. However, because we lived in an apartment building with strict moving guidelines, this pushed us well above the time slot allotted by the building. We got our U-haul late (U-Haul error and I cannot fault the moving company for that) however if 3 movers would have been provided as ordered, we would have finished the job on time. The movers themselves were good once we got going. They however did not come with moving equipment and refused to move items down to the loading dock before the truck arrived. All in all, I cannot justify a stellar review.

Excellent and very professional, courteous and sympathetic to our situation. Details, we hired different movers (Rain and Shine, Ottawa) from Uhaul day prior who left a huge mess, were extremely slow and disorganized and did lots of damage, thankfully, this mover cleaned up the mess with ease. Expressed disappointment that we went through this, but they saved the day. Should have hired them in the first place!! We will use this service again (not the other!!)
