They were decent and professional but the communication could have been better. They dismantled my bed but didn’t put all the nuts in the ziplock bag I provided so now I have to buy them again which is annoying. But anyway, they did a good job.

The staff was fast, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. My moving situation was different in that I was moving out of a storage facility that has only one working elevator and a low building clearance so they had to make multiple trips outside to my U-Haul.
