The communication could use improvement. My first interaction was a late-night text message from an anonymous number, without introducing who they were. Not a great first impression. I'm old school, I guess, and prefer to receive emails first and then text messages for day-of communications once I have a phone number saved in my phone. There was construction across the street from my building on move-in day, so parking was limited. This meant the supervisor arrived late because he was looking for parking. Once both movers were here, the work went quickly and everyone was professional. I tipped the helpers in cash on the day of the move.
