The owner was professional. I booked extra time because I’m disabled and needed help unpacking a few boxes. The crew ended leaving 25 minutes short of the paid for time because for ‘insurance reasons’ they couldn’t unpack any boxes. That would have been nice to know before hand. Again the owner was respectful and professional
