The guys were communicative and super friendly - very respectful and patient. They were open to discussion, and tried to do the best they could but ultimately both were inexperienced, and that cost a lot (emergency move at rock bottom pricing, not unexpected). Shared my feelings openly with them so theycould learn and do better. Showed up late due to the long drive to the location and Boss asked for gas money to help the trip. I had to unfortunately take control of the situation myself, but the job was never finished. Could not load 2 bedroom apartment into the 20' van and I had to make a very costly 2nd round trip short of reloading the vehicle from scratch. Encountered delayed payment processing. They asked for a review, and I did tell them I'd be honest! Regardless, I did offer a cash tip.
