Hayden was extremely helpful and considerate. No hate on him whatsoever. Unfortunately, the men that he sent to do the move were very unprofessional. They complained about the amount of stuff that I had and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and they seemed annoyed with getting the job done. Besides this, I had a UHaul Trailer along with items in my car. After they cleared out the trailer, I felt so bad and guilty for them to do their job because I’m such an empath to the point where I said if they could just help with taking the TV out of the car, I’ll (a woman) do the rest. They took the TV out and left me to do the rest. I paid for 2 hours and they left in less than an hour. This being my first time hiring movers, it was the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. I packed my car and trailer myself, drove 10 hours, and thought I was about to relax because I paid for movers but that was not the case. Again, Hayden’s communication was great! The movers, not so much.
