I wouldnt say they were bad but they werent great either. Phone communication & set up was great. On site they didnt speak much & weren’t friendly but were respectful. I hired them to do a full house mainly heavy items & the move was in the same neighborhood. They got most of it done. Once they hit 3 hours they stopped & asked what I wanted to do & told me their hourly rate. I wish that would have been discussed beforehand as it would have saved time. My issue with them was they heavily damaged walls in both houses & were just like oops. They also damaged furniture because they failed to use the furniture pads that I rented specifically for that purpose. When I told them they said oh we were going to use those on the tv. I told there there were plenty to please wrap furniture. They didn’t do this & as result I have furniture pieces that are now damaged. They also broke the feet off of one of my sectional sofa pieces. As far as the TVs they never even moved them. But they were organized

I contacted them for unloading my stuff from UBox to my home. They’re cool. Text message communication between me and the owner was smooth, and the guys unloaded and moved my stuff to desired place super fast without damaging anything. Overall very nice service.
