I had a great experience with Monte and his helper. They worked smoothly together and was able to pack everything safely. Monte was very concerned that all the items especially a large TV were padded and protected. The crew was patient as I made a few changes. Monte is a dream to work with. Great experience!

Furniture was not adequately protected even though blanket protectors were provided. Resulted in some of the furniture receiving scratches.

WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After booking, I confirmed that I'd be moving in the afternoon. The day before, I reached out as I hadn't heard from them by 1pm. They asked if 10am was ok. Reiterated it'd be for 3pm. At 337pm, I didn't hear from them. I call at 340pm and they said they're running behind from a previous job which is an hour away. They showed up 3 hrs late with no equipment. 2 guys who don't speak English acted like they've never moved in their lives carried all items piece meal down the hall into the unit. I had a dolly but they barely used it. They were slow & took breaks to talk on the phone, use my bathroom, and asked me if I had water. An unloading service booked for 2 hrs for a simple 800SF 1BR apt took 4 WHOLE hours. They didn't finish until 930pm (3.5 hours total to be technical) and double charged me. The owner was persistent and wouldn't let me leave until I accepted payment and I felt forced to give the code despite being unhappy.

Owner was very professional and communicated well throughout the process and move. I appreciated how the owner made sure to remind his helpers to be careful when moving the items into the home so the item and the home didn’t get damaged.
