The movers were great. The company, however, I do not recommend. We were notified of a change to the start time at 10pm the night prior to the move. This caused a domino effect of changes- the actual start time was 4 hours delayed; we had to cancel our hotel reservation and schedule a new one; we were late arriving for our scheduled movers at the new home, had to reschedule those movers for the next day. We received a sorry for the inconvenience text, only after questioning the start time. Notifying the customer at 10pm the night before a scheduled move is unacceptable and added tremendous, unnecessary stress to an already extremely stressful time

The team arrived at the moving site thoroughly prepared, exhibiting professionalism in handling every aspect. These guys were great. We didn’t hear from the first company we hired to move our pod, so last minute we called AG and they responded immediately. They picked up our pod the next morning, delivered it on time with no hiccups. They were extremely responsive and gave us ETAs for everything so we weren’t kept waiting. Once they arrived, we didn’t have to lift a finger. They did a great job, 2 pods with heavy furniture into a 4 story townhouse and they didn’t miss a beat. Would absolutely hire again!
