Movers were very nice people, but they didn’t take care of boxes, especially fragile ones, and slid boxes across the wooden floor, resulting in a significant, deep scratch in the moving process. Boxes were also dropped multiple times during the moving process. Overall they were fast in the moving process and very nice people, it’s just the care of items and damage to the house resulted in less that ideal service.

My last minute appointment was accepted. Everyone showed up on time. They wound up staying twice as long as originally scheduled and performed double duty different from originally scheduled as well. We discussed this and worked out an acceptable fee. I’m still new to the whole ‘move help world’ and didn’t provide enough information in my original order. These folks are great and I would use them again.

The J&K team were outstanding! Communication was top notch! We were contacted soon after placing our order with details about what to expect and when on move day. Throughout the move, on arrival and delivery J&K were professional and friendly, cheerful even! They made our move so delightful and helped us out in a bind.
