Contacted them early to get unloaded early said they would be there. Thwy never showed. Scheduled for 9 am the next day they did not show up until 1030 am. One guy only! CORY WAS GREAT. I am down with a back injury so my wife had to help him unload the trailer. They kept telling me that the second person was on their way. This company is horrible! I feel bad for someone like cory who is trying to take care of business, but when you have owners that do not care it makes it tough. Never had this type of service. I would recommend Cory but would never recommend this company.

Problem- I paid for a two-man moving service, but only one mover arrived on the scheduled date (Aug 30). The provider assured me I would receive a 50perct refund ($60). Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received the refund. At first, I was told a bank refund had been processed-nothing ever posted. Later, I was told a refund check had been mailed again, nothing ever arrived. Unfortunately, I've since discovered multiple reviews from other customers describing the same issue of promised refunds never being delivered. I now find myself in the same situation with Professional Services of DFW. Because only one mover showed up, my friend and I (both over 63 years old and both scheduled for hip surgery) were forced to move heavy items ourselves, including a refrigerator, washer, dryer, and large furniture from an upstairs apartment into a U-Haul. This caused us significant physical strain and pain. Please choose a different team. This company will only cause pain + unsatisfaction.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I ignored the warnings and regret it. I booked 2 movers for 2 hours and confirmed with the company an 8;30am arrival. 1 mover showed up at 12;50pm, and the other never came. The company lied and said he was en route, but the other mover admitted he wasn’t coming. Ruben (the mover who did show) tried, but with no help my boyfriend ended up doing much of the work, making the entire service pointless. Ruben left after just over an hour because he couldn’t do more alone. The company promised a partial refund in 7-10 business days, but weeks later I still don’t have it. On top of that, they texted me asking for a 5-star review to make up for ‘unfair’ complaints about water breaks, which is manipulative and unprofessional. Communication was awful; I was told they were en route at 10am, only to find out hours later they weren’t. Save yourself the frustration, wasted money, and lies. This company is completely unreliable.

Workers were GREAT! Company is not. I received a text the morning of our move confirming arrival time of half past 2pm. They didn't show. I texted repeatedly and was notified 3pm, they were on their way. THEN I was told the arrival window was 2-6pm and they should arrive between 4-5pm. NONE of that was shared previously. Shortly after 5, I had to text AGAIN for an update. I was told an HOUR away. They were sending 3 movers (NOT the 2 I reserved). I asked for manager-owner contact information. Text reply was they were the owner. Claimed their name was Jacob Wallace. Then offered me a free move anywhere in the country. Movers finally arrived at quarter past 7pm and left at 8. Then I received THIS ridiculous text- we’ve received an unfair review for taking a water break. Can you please help us with 5 stars as soon as possible? It’ll also lock in your next move free on us....That's also why I'm not charging the card on file for the 3rd mover. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I would not recommend this company. The crew was scheduled for 8 AM but did not arrive until after 9 30. They also asked me to provide a dolly which was surprising. Only one mover Charles showed up on time and he worked hard, but the others arrived late and moved slowly. The delay caused a 4 hour setback and I missed my unload crew in Houston. Charles was great but overall the service was very disappointing.

I had a terrible experience with this moving company. Two unprepared and inexperienced workers arrived without equipment, causing damage and requiring my son’s help. The owner, David, tried to charge me extra for a third worker, showed up late, and tried to extort money by offering a free future move in exchange for a false 5-star review. My daughter gave them money through cash app. The job was not completed, leaving my son to complete the rest. The company acted dishonestly and unprofessionally, and I need a refund plus reimbursement for the extra expenses totaling $285.95.
