The movers completed in 1hr20min but still charged 3hrs which seems unreasonable. I understand 2hrs charge but the additional was not consistent with good business practices.

Couldn’t have done it without them. Micah was on top of communication from the moment I booked. They were on time and worked hard for two straight hours. Very professional, knew what they were doing with loading, had a good strategy for maximizing space in our truck. Asked us how we wanted things and never said no. I highly recommend them!
