They arrived on time. We have them start with boxes. I had to tell them several times if the box was not heavy they could take more than one. They just kept reverting back to taking 1 box at a time. We were moving a 2 bedroom suite and we had a 26 foot truck. At the same time we had our hot tub being moved. The team that was moving the hot tub reported that they noticed them several times just standing around chatting. We hired them for 3 hours We had to extend an hour and they still did not get it done. At one point I walked up the stairs to find one of them sitting. When he saw me, he jumped up. The team the moved our hot tub also reported they heard glass breaking. We found 3 items damaged.as follows. One cabinet the glass is now missing., there is fair size hole in a bookshelf. And there are scuff marks on our mattress. We understand that you are not liable for it but the least they could have done was inform us of these things. I will be filing a dispute!!!

I hired this company based on their 5 star rating and excellent reviews, unfortunately they sent us 2 guys that took so much time to come back on each load and didn't maximize the space on the u-haul truck leaving some stuff behind at our old place, so we have to finish off the moving by ourselves the next day. The guys came 20 mins late and did the job for 6 hrs instead of 3 hrs that I originally booked. The guys are nice but not happy with the service.

They made some odd choices for maneuvering furniture causing damages to our walls and railings. They were nice but I don't think have much experience moving couches and pantrys. We had to pull lots out to utilize the uhaul space better.
