I paid for 2 movers and only 1 showed up which was very stressful. The gentleman that showed up had to do the work with the help of my 15 year old nephew. If it wasn’t for my nephew I don’t know what I would have done. The worker not showing up or answering their phone is highly unprofessional and while the man that did show up did everything he could there would have been no way to get the job done if he was working by himself. I feel I should be compensated for the 2 worker I didn’t receive and paid for.

I needed two guys at 11am. One guy showed up at 12 05 pm. I had to lift heavy stuff as it was a two person job. As a result I had blood in my urine as I had to lift heavy stuff like coaches, tables and furniture that one person cannot lift well. No tip for below what I needed for help.

Only 1 person showed up (supposed to be 2 movers). He asked me to help him move my stuff cause the other guy wasn't coming. The boss of these workers who wasn't there, didn't have Anyone else to come, but he felt he didn't need to come. So I had to help them move my stuff, though I paid for movers. After loading and unloading they requested tip and full payment. Will definitely not be using this service again and warn buyers to be weary of this service.

If i could give ZERO stars i would. They showed up two hours late and gave me eveey excuse in the book. When someone did they said i needed to pay them on top of already paying the company and left when I said no I already paid via my card. They are refusing a refund even though they didnt even do what they were hired to do.

Paid for 2 hours with a two man crew to move some furniture. 2 pieces which really needed 2 people. Only 1 man showed up. He did a good job,. He did put a whole in the wall with one of the pieces which might not have happened with a two man crew.

I confirmed via email the date and time of the move a few days in advance, only to receive a text at almost 11pm the night before asking if the move could be pusged out an additional day because it was 'too late' to confirm movers. I informed them that the date of the move couldn't be changed, so the next morning they offered to send one person instead of the two people who were originally planned. The one person they sent showed up over an hour past the agreed upon time, but did work very hard and provided a lot of help once they arrived. The rates are very good, but overall the experience wasn't great and I would be hesitant to use Best Way again if another mover is available for not much more money.
