Strategic Movers were excellent Saul kept in contact with me from the very beginning he was very friendly on the phone and made all communications with him very easy. He kept me up to date with any issues that came up, they were on time once we arrived they got right to work and kept us informed on what they were doing throughout the whole process they were quick and efficient. This was the most seamless move I have had in years. The team was fast, smart, and incredibly efficient. Everything fit perfectly into the U Box, even though I was anxious it would not, which was such a relief. The experience was genuinely pleasant from start to finish. They even drove me to the store and offered to take me back home at no extra cost. I would absolutely recommend them and would use their service again without hesitation. Great moving experience! Strategic Moving Services contacted me the day before to coordinate everything, showed up at the agreed upon time, and moved me across town into a 3-story walk-up in the two hour window. They even managed to disassemble and reassemble my bed frame! Super nice guys, would definitely choose them again.
