They sent me 5 teenagers, not adults, who were joking and broke several items. One in particular irreplacable antique mirror. They shrugged any responsibility and refused to do anything about the damage, they showed up 40 minutes late and did a horrible job, did not put things in the right room, threw down boxes and were horrible. 3 of the 5 did not even speak english, 1 faked that he did not speak engligh but when I spoke fluent spanish to him he admitted he did not speak spanish, it was rediculas and a horrible experience DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!

With the exception of one of the people, these movers seemed extremely inexperienced. They were also not careful with the furniture. The whole time they were here they needed constant supervision. I have used Movinghelp through U-Haul many many times. This is by far the worst experience I have had to date. They were certainly nice, just inexperienced.

Horrible experience, would not recommend. Showed up 2 hours later than originally scheduled, and specifically came at a time when we had said we can not have the movers come. Lied about being stuck in traffic and tried to get us to cancel when we tried to ask for the ETA after being late and unresponsive. Really unprofessional and rude. Do yourself a favor and hire literally any other company.

Diego and Andres were excellent. They wrapped our furniture well, were safe with walls (no bumps or dings) and did the job within the timeframe I paid for. They were very professional and very nice guys as well.
